Selected Outcomes

Bill.com GitLab consolidation: created scripts and migration workflows to consolidate licensing, users, and repositories across Bill.com, Divvy, and Invoice2Go while negotiating a better renewal path with the vendor.
Bill.com cloud cost discipline: built weekly AWS cost tracking across organizations and accounts, including spend by group, commitment utilization, coverage, and variance against target cost reduction goals.
Bill.com Datadog optimization: created a detailed spend model across RUM, Synthetics, and host monitoring, then implemented concrete reduction levers to lower observability cost.
Bill.com SARBot analytics hackathon (2022): added categorization to the SARBot Slack-to-JIRA workflow so support requests could be tracked by help type alongside cycle time, wait time, and total lead time.
Divvy unit economics visibility: built reporting that showed infrastructure spend per client dollar and per active customer over time, demonstrating improving efficiency as the business scaled.
NICE inContact self-service platform: conceived and drove the DevOps Self Service Portal, reducing lead time and errors for recurring developer workflows through on-demand automation.
